■ Lead Times
Leads times for samples are around less than 10 days, while full production is usually expected to be 4-8 weeks. This depends on the complexity of your designs, quantity of production, suppliers' lead time and on-going production schedule at our studio.
■ Prices
We are a small batch manufacturing facility and we aim to ensure quality of every piece we make.
Our prices are based on materials and intricacy of the garment design. We are extremely transparent and have a fix cost spectrum. Most of our clients have been with us for many years. Our success is based on your companies success.
Design + Tech Pack
Our experienced team will assist with technical aspects in constructing your designs.
For designers or brands that require technical assistance with their product vision, we work with professional designers to create tech-packs, spec sheets or measurement guides that form a critical part of the sampling and production process.
We also provide guidiance with your existing tear sheet and would help you with fabric behaviour and selection guidiance.
Pattern Cutting + Samples
Working hand in hand with you. A good pattern can result in the most flattering cut and drape of a garment when worn. We work to achieve your ideas accurately while ensuring a good fit.
Production
CMT services forms the main bulk of work we do at our studio. We are equipped with the best machineries to fulfil our clients' requests (overlocking, button holes, flat iron). Mass pattern cutting, stitching and finishing touches completes our final products,
Fabric Sourcing
We have sourced for fabrics from Italy, UK, India, China, Korea and Japan for our clients. This ranges from regular coloured fabrics, handmade block prints, custom printed fabrics, woollen mills and even linen farms.
